Nathan is a systems-thinking professional with a passion for scaling business processes and systems using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytics-driven insights. With almost a decade of experience in process improvement and business operations, Nathan has successfully implemented strategies to streamline health systems operations to improve patient access to their health care and to improve gross margin by reducing costs and accelerating revenue recognition. Having seen technology’s role in improving healthcare operations, he now excels in his role as a strategist and operator for scaling healthcare software companies, transforming them into mature partners for their customers. His expertise lies in fostering customer-centric growth, enhancing product value, and driving organizational efficiency. Nathan graduated from Boston University School of Public Health with a Masters in Public Health in Health Policy and Management and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola Marymount University.

He resides in Atlanta, GA and enjoys downhill skiing, interior design, and all things science fiction.
