Jennie Vital, MBA
Jennie is an operational leader, with over 10 years of experience in health care launching and managing million-dollar projects. Jennie has launched and led Medicaid Accountable Care Organization programs across Massachusetts. She also brings experience working with provider organizations and nonprofits to design grant and RFP proposals at the state level. Under her leadership, she has led cross functional teams through state readiness audits, implemented large scale complex system integration projects, created social service programs that support Medicaid members’ social health needs, and developed health equity programs focused on reducing disparities and increasing health education in BIPOC communities. Jennie has worked with organizations such as Beacon Health Options, Boston Medical Center Accountable Care Organization, Steward Health Care Network, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Together We Stand Corporation.
Jennie graduated from Simmons University in Boston, MA with her Master’s in Business Administration and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Massachusetts Boston. She maintains her Associate Project Manager certification from the Project Management Institute.
Jennie also volunteers with local organizations to empower youth and support the homeless and food insecure. She currently serves on the Medford Board of Health and previously served on the Board of Directors for The Guild and the Friday Night Supper Program.
