Jacqueline Conrad, MSCM
Jacqui Conrad is a purpose led mission driven senior marketing and communications professional. Her work centers around her passion to inform, encourage and empower underserved communities to dismantle educational, health, socioeconomic, and racial barriers to access and success.
Having served in senior leadership, entrepreneurial, and consulting roles for over two decades, Jacqui’s expertise includes strategic communications, marketing, public relations, and crisis communications. She is a proven change leader with a sustained track record in advancing culture within organizations, building and mentoring high performing teams, and creating measurable, integrated communication strategies that result in operational efficiencies, expanded brand awareness and increased engagement.
Jacqui’s passion for amplifying the voices of marginalized communities extends to her volunteerism; she is one of the steering committee members who helped create the vision for Amplify LatinX and the Chica Project. Appointed by Governor Deval Patrick, she is a former board member of the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority, and she is President Emeritus of Mass Mentoring Partnership. Jacqui’s past clients include the Boston Public Health Commission, La Alianza Hispana, Inquilinos en Acción, and Colgate, to name a few.
Jacqui earned her Master’s degree in Science in Communications Management from the Simmons College Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Sociology from Suffolk University. She also holds a StreetWise ‘MBA’™ from Northeastern University. Jacqui’s superpower is her unwavering commitment to equity and fairness through consensus building and clarity. She resides in Maryland with her family and loves gardening, baking, yoga, and long walks in nature.
