Aaron Holman, MS
Aaron has been working in various aspects of the health system for the past twenty years. Most recently, Aaron served as a senior policy leader and principle client engagement manager across several of the nation’s largest Medicaid transformation efforts in California, New York, and New Jersey. Aaron has served as a strategic policy and operations advisor to the highest levels of State and Federal government agencies in areas of Medicaid payment and eligibility reform, delivery system redesign, commercial insurance regulation, and consumer protections. Aaron has also consulted for some of the world’s largest commercial health insurers, hospital systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturers in areas from financial and operations management to mergers and acquisitions.
Outside of consulting, Aaron was the founder of a Political Action Committee, a former United States Senate staffer, union organizer, and a veteran of several Congressional and Presidential campaigns. Aaron is also an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Aaron has a bachelors degree in Political Theory for the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree from Harvard.
Aaron’s superpower is finding data-based answers that unstick sticky situations. Aaron lives in Somerville, MA with his wife and two children and spends most of his free time shopping for groceries and doing laundry.
